At ARI, Joy On Your Way comes to life through the connections our colleagues create every day. From the shop floor to the boardroom, joy is shared across our business and beyond.

As part of this year’s National Day of Joy celebrations, colleagues around the world came together to share a simple but powerful message: joy grows when it is shared.

To bring this message to life, a special video was created featuring a red balloon travelling from one ARI location to another. Representing joy passed between colleagues, teams and countries, the balloon becomes a symbol of the energy, positivity and sense of belonging that connect us as one global community.

As this symbol of joy moved from location to location, it demonstrated how even the smallest moments can create meaningful connections, whether with a passenger travelling through one of our locations or with the colleague sitting beside you at work. Despite operating across different countries, cultures and time zones, the video highlights the shared spirit that unites ARI colleagues around the world.
