At ARI, Joy On Your Way is created through the everyday moments our colleagues make possible for one another and for our customers. Joy Day was an opportunity to celebrate that spirit across our global network, bringing colleagues together in a shared celebration, wherever they were in the world.

To connect those celebrations, we created the Joy Wall, a live digital wall where colleagues could share photos and videos as the day unfolded. As moments came in from airports, offices and support teams around the world, the Joy Wall became a window into how every location was bringing Joy On Your Way to life. It gave colleagues the chance to celebrate one another, discover what was happening across our global network and feel part of one shared story.
