Joy Awaits...at Dublin Airport

Passengers arriving at Dublin Airport on board Emirates flight EK161 from Dubai pn December 18th were treated to an extra special surprise, as Dublin Airport Duty Free delivered festive cheer to the baggage hall.
The 300+ passengers waiting to collect their luggage in Terminal 2 were greeted to a baggage belt adorned with gift boxes and treats, all courtesy of Dublin Airport Duty Free to help spread the seasonal joy and magic.
Coordinated in partnership with Emirates and with colleagues at Dublin Airport, this special activation shows how through collaboration and creative thinking, moments of joy can be delivered across all touchpoints of the passenger journey.
It was important for us make the airport experience even more magical at this time of year, and our teams at Dublin Airport Duty Free and Dublin Airport have gone the extra mile to bring our Joy Awaits campaign to life.
We wanted to create special moments of surprise and delight for passengers, and there is no better time than after a long-haul pre-Christmas flight! We are very proud to have given a joyful welcome home to those returning to spend time with loved ones or visiting Ireland over the holiday period.
