Charlotte Tilbury launches new online booking service - a travel retail first

ARI has joined forces yet again with award-winning global luxury beauty brand Charlotte Tilbury to deliver another channel-first experience to passengers. This month sees the launch of a new online booking service for “Charlotte’s Beauty Services”, a curated menu of express beauty treatments for passengers travelling through Dublin Airport Duty Free. This is the first such online booking service the brand has introduced to its travel retail operations, which for the first time will allow customers to book services ahead of travelling.
Passengers can now pre-plan their beauty experience and choose from a menu of 7 travel-specific on-counter treatments to enjoy before they fly, ranging from 15 minutes to 30 minutes. The online booking service is hosted on the dublinandcorkdutyfree.ie website as well as on charlottetilbury.com, with these special beauty experiences delivered by Charlotte Tilbury’s team of expertly trained beauty professionals in-store.

This marks a continuation of our commitment to making the passenger journey more convenient and more joyful, in line with our Customer Value Proposition. We know that many passengers want to prebook and organise their trip ahead of time; we also know that many want to avail of premium experiences along the way. The roll out of this convenient new online booking service with ARI marks a further strengthening of the partnership between the travel retailer and the award-winning luxury beauty brand. The Charlotte Tilbury travel retail footprint has significantly grown across the ARI estate over the past 3 years, with “Tilbury Terminal” beauty counters now located at Dublin Airport Duty Free in Dublin Airport Terminals 1 and 2, an island-first counter at Cyprus Duty Free, and country-first beauty counters at Abu Dhabi, Bahrain Duty Free and Lisbon Duty Free.
