ARI Scoops Four Awards at Prestigious Frontier Awards Virtual Ceremony
Aer Rianta International (ARI) had a successful afternoon at the virtual Frontier Awards, being honoured with four prestigious awards and one highly commended.
ARI Ireland was awarded “Speciality Concept Of The Year” for the Confectionery concept in The Loop, T2, Dublin Airport. Upon announcing the award, Felix Barlow, Sales Director, DFNI said: “Judges commended the level of thought that has gone into the concept which was clearly demonstrated through an impressive result, lots of firsts and excellent brand engagement”.
Delhi Duty Free added three awards to an already impressive collection. It won awards for the highly prestigious “Airport Retailer Of The Year” and for “CSR Or Sustainability Initiative Of The Year”. Furthermore, Philip Eckles, CEO of Delhi Duty Free was awarded with the “Outstanding Contribution Accolade”. Commenting on the accolade, Philip said: “Within our industry The Frontier Awards have always been and remain today the ultimate accolade and recognition of outstanding performance throughout the previous year. I know from my own experience the delight and pride of winning a Frontier Award is part of a team effort so now to be recognised and to also receive this individual award for outstanding contribution to the industry is not only a delight, but also humbling and I am so proud to accept the award”.
The Loop, T2, Dublin Airport was also highly commended for the “Airport Retailer Of The Year” award, praising the recent launch of the impressive new Confectionery and Beauty spaces.
