ARI launches new F&B offering at the Loop Terminal 1, Dublin Airport.

Marqette, a new dining and bar concept based on traditional food markets and employing 110 new permanent staff, has opened for business in The Loop at Terminal 1, Dublin Airport.

Marqette’s  €4m investment evokes traditional outdoor food markets in a new world setting, and will cater for 5,000 customers daily, offering locally sourced, organic produce as well as fresh artisan breads that are baked on site.  Marqette’s centrepiece is a bespoke wooden bar serving a range of craft beers and a curated wine list from around the globe.

This latest investment by ARI at Dublin Airport follows the launch of the new look Loop in Terminal 1, which opened last March after an €8 million investment. Marqette offers excellent value for money and is a welcomed addition to The Loop’s unique customer airside shopping experience.

The opening of Marqette is another major improvement to the overall customer experience in the Loop T1 and its associated facilities, and customers will continue to see further enhancements over the coming months. Passenger numbers at Dublin Airport are growing strongly, with traffic up 15% so far this year, and Marqette will offer additional choice to our many millions of customers.

The new unit can seat 380 people, and includes an a la carte restaurant area that seats 65 customers. It offers an extensive kids’ menu, speciality sandwiches and a wide range of hot dishes, including chicken from the spit, and a selection of fish, lamb and vegetarian options.
