ARI Announces Restructuring of Executive Team
ARI has announced a restructuring of its senior executive team, reflecting a more growth orientated operating model.
The changes are designed to drive functional excellence in operations and buying; faster, more efficient implementation in new locations; a stronger focus on business development and a continued international focus on consumer insight.
“ARl’s operating model is evolving to reflect the changing nature of our business and our global reach,” said Chief Executive Jack MacGowan. “As part of this evolution we are now changing the ARI executive team structure, to better support the delivery of ARI’s growth strategy,” he added. The new global executive team will report directly to MacGowan.
Replacing the regionally based operations organisation, ARI is moving to a single operations team, led by the new role of ARI Chief Operations Officer (COO) Gerry Crawford, who was previously Operations Director, has been appointed to this role and will be responsible for all operations in all business units.
Philip Eckles, formerly CEO ARI Middle East, has been appointed Global Implementation and Corporate Affairs Director and will lead a global team to deliver implementation of new businesses and strategic projects in existing locations.
Pat McKenna (formerly General Manager Finance ARIME) joins the Executive team as Managing Director of the ARI Middle East (ARIME) division.
Paul Neeson is moving from Director, ARI Ireland to Global Buying & Merchandising Director, leading ARl’s global buying and merchandising function.
Anthony Kenny will continue as Finance Director, ARI and additionally, will assume the responsibilities of Director, ARI Ireland.
John Boland will lead ARI’s business development function as Global Business Development Director with Ronan McArdle appointed Bids, Mergers & Acquisitions Director. Together they will drive ARI’s growth strategy in new business.
Antoinette Quinn has been appointed Global HR director to lead the HR and talent management function across all locations
Finally Nicola Wells, Global Marketing & Strategy Director will continue to lead the strategy and marketing function.
