Gifting had become the number 1 reason for purchases at The Loop. However, The Loop was not well known as a destination for specific Christmas gift shopping. So we identified an opportunity to change the consumer mindset and to establish The Loop as the destination for Christmas gift shopping.
We undertook an extensive promotional campaign that targeted customers with key messages: Value & Ease of Shop.
We presented selected ranges as perfect, great value gifts and made shopping easier by deploying Gift Guru personal shoppers.
