The 5S Retail Principles
As part of The ARI Way we developed a culture of service excellence to ensure we consistently provide an outstanding shopping experience. This is monitored on a daily basis through our 5S Principles:

Our Retail Managers audit the 5S principles daily, using a bespoke mobile app. The App generates real time reports for all of our locations and senior management.
