Commercial Manager Business Development

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Manager within the ARI Business Development team in the Middle East. This role will support the Director – Global Business Development in driving the agenda for ARI with a key focus on growing the business.  In addition to providing support in identifying new opportunities the role holder will be responsible for evaluating all commercial aspect of the opportunities including revenue estimation and forecasting together with due diligence on OPEX.

The role holder will be responsible for co-ordinating all commercial inputs to the bidding/transaction process, including HR, design, category and customer insights. He/she will also be directly responsible for operational input to the process.

Please note that this position is based in the Middle East.

Global Buying Process Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the role of Global Buying Process Manager to work here in the Dublin office, reporting into the Head of Global Buying. The key propose of this role is to help deliver the ARI corporate plan by growing the gross margin to the company’s set targets. This role will also play a key role in delivering the Hot House Process (HHP) in the local ARI business units and assist them in delivering their annual gross margin budgets. The incumbent of this position will also help support Head of Business Development Category Strategy to deliver category requirements on new bids.

Design and Construction Project Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Design and Construction Project Manager with ARI. This role will report to the Director of Implementation & Corporate Affairs in the ARI Middle East office and will be predominantly based out of the Middle East for the first 12 to 18 months, given the locality of most of the ongoing projects. The purpose of this role is to have overall responsibility for the management of the design and construction/fit out activities associated with new and existing operations. The role will also support the business development function when ARI are preparing responses to RFP’s or in the preparation of bid documentation. A key element of this role is to have overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design oversight, execution, monitoring, controlling and the delivery of the design and construction/fit out elements of a project within the preset budget and time constraints. This is a wide ranging position and will require the individual to work with a wide range of business global stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the role of Digital Content Executive to work in Dublin, reporting into the Digital Marketing Manager. The main purpose of this role is work within the global marketing team to manage online content development and create and develop online marketing & promotions. The role holder plays a key role in executing the brand strategy online and managing social media platforms.
